This wonderful canal home has quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a very short walk to Harbor Marina where you will enjoy live outdoor concerts, restaurants, shops, bike and boat rentals, and sightseeing cruises. Short drive to beaches, downtown Cape Coral, and Ft Myers.
The recently updated 3750 sq. ft. home has 12' ceilings, five bedrooms, four baths, a great room/kitchen/dining area, a game room with a bar, a dock, a pool, an outdoor lanai with kitchen, dining area and seating area with TV.

"This is an absolutely stunning vacation home. The hosts have thought of everything and were excellent to communicate with. The home is located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to several restaurants or enjoy an early morning stroll. Its prime location on the canal offers excellent boat access to the gulf. We visited several beautiful beaches on Sanibel & Captivate Islands. Our favorite spot to hang out was the lanai. It offers multiple seating options that are super relaxing. We ate all of our meals out there (couldn’t beat the view!), played games, and enjoyed the spa & pool. There are some great local seafood/meat markets as well as farmers' markets. We bought local & fresh to grill. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated, comfortable & SPOTLESS!! Very impressed with the cleanliness. The master bath is like having your own private spa. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The floor plan offers everyone privacy. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is. It has it all!! We all agree that it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever taken. I HIGHLY recommend this rental"
