It has exquisite views of Elizabeth Harbor in every room of the house. Overall, the home has 4 bedrooms all with 6 bathrooms, one of the largest private pools on the island as well as a private dock to keep up to a 45 foot boat. The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) with each bedroom with ensuite, newly remodeled bathrooms with gorgeous designs. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor in the fully equipped apartment that is accessed with a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom (queen), a full kitchen, remodeled bathroom and a living room with an additional sleeper sofa - apartment is over 1800 square feet.The property is on its own private peninsula on double ocean front lots. The extensive gardens and paths around the property are an extra bonus.Other unique features include luxury coastal furniture, high speed wifi, smart ceiling fans, full gourmet kitchen with new appliances, extra large dining room, sun room, laundry rooms, pool kitchen, pool bathroom and shower, and beautiful outdoor furniture including a gazebo with a dining table on the water.
