This property is a town-home and located less than a mile from Parris Island and we welcome all graduates and their families. Hooray! Port Royal is an amazing little town. Walk to several great restaurants, shops, the Sands Beach and board walk. We also have a scenic walking trail where you can view all types of birds and alligators.
The home is bright and spacious & can sleep 6. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. The sofa in living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is stocked for your needs. There is also a washer and dryer.
We are a pet friendly home. Please note there is a $125.00 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet. Maximum 2 dogs please.
Bring your kayak, fishing pole, and bike along with you. The nearby waters are perfect for activities and biking is one of the most fun ways to tour the town and admire the moss-draped trees.
The Sands beach on Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and picnics and is a short walk (you may drive on this beach as well). You are likely to see dolphins swimming and an abundance of wildlife. There you can walk along the boardwalk and climb the 4 story observation deck for the best views Beaufort has to offer. The Sands also features a free boat launch and world class fishing in the Battery Creek tidal river.
