The space
This 1,458 sq. ft | 135 sqm 3-bedroom, one-story suburban farm home is perfect for a peaceful getaway to Garden Home, a southwest Portland neighborhood near Multnomah Village, and all its shops, restaurants, and cafes. Garden Home also has its fair share of good restaurants and cafes plus you'll be near the Fanno Creek Trail. It's a beautiful and peaceful trail for people who like to ride bikes or go trail walking.
The main spaces of home:
- The living room is luminous and spacious with large bay windows and a vaulted ceiling. It’s beautifully decorated and equally as comfy with plenty of sofa seating, a cozy fireplace, a cool vintage record player, and a Smart TV with Xfinity FlexBox with Peacock for live TV and other streaming services. Perfect for downtime moments with your crew and simply relaxing!
- Adjacent is the dining room with a table to seat 8 for a great sit-down meal and mealtime conversation and laughs. There’s also a special spot with a cocktail station!
- The kitchen is fully-equipped and well stocked with just about everything you could need for preparing meals at home. Plus extra details like a coffee station for morning perk ups, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup!
- A breakfast nook by the window in the kitchen and a portable popcorn station for movie nights!
- A large (½ acre!) magical backyard and covered patio with 2 gardens (one herb & one seasonal vegetable and fruit garden), fairy garden areas for kids to play and add their touches, toys and a swing, 2 firepits (one wood-burning one surrounded by sofas), a portable heat lamp and a gas BBQ grill on the covered patio with more places to sit and relax and lots of yard space to play lawn games like croquet, horseshoes, and badminton. You won’t need to go anywhere with all this interactive fun!
- The front yard has a little fairy garden too and a spacious front porch with seating.
- There are 3 bedrooms, cozy and stylish, with their own easy-access power strips to recharge your electronics. The sleeping arrangements to accommodate 8 guests are as such:

- A laundry/utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron & ironing board for convenience.
- A large front yard and wide front porch with seating plus a fairy garden feature (great for kids!).
- Parking in the driveway for 6 vehicles including space around the side yard to park a truck or small RV

Wi-Fi, Smart TV w/Xfinity Flex Box with Peacock TV, bed linens, bath and hand towels, books, games, puzzles, a Pack-n-Play, washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, some home & bath essentials, fire-pits, gas BBQ and more are provided complimentary during your stay.
We provide a few basic essentials to get you started once you arrive like some soap, bath wash, shampoo, toilet paper, some coffee, cooking oil and condiments, a spice rack, and salt & pepper. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out of an item, you’ll need to purchase more.
Please note: the fireplace in the living room is operable, the one in the dining room is not.
There are surveillance cameras on the property (a Ring camera) for security reasons only and to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.
The home is dog-friendly, but you must get prior authorization before coming with your pet and a $100 pet fee applies. Please note that only dogs are allowed at the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- PET FRIENDLY: **Dogs Only, There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel also pets are NOT allo
