Wide rosewood staircase is leading to a second floor loft with two beds and another wet bar and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Additional Security Deposit of $1,500 is required. Heated seat bathroom. Living plants inside under the skylight. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Swimming pool is shared with only one more property. Great grill. Truly luxurious.

You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn are great fun at the sea.
