Emerick was built in 1913 and is set back from the road with large grassy areas for sun and several 100-year-old maple shade trees with the a Catskill mountains view beyond. A comfortable and spacious property for up to 12 people who want a unique country escape with a in ground swimming pool, screened in front porch and gazebo and lovely perennial gardens. There is also a fire pit and 2.5 acre property are ideal for relaxing with family and friends
Enter the house from the enclosed wrap-around screened porch into the foyer. To the right is a spacious wood paneled living room is ideal for lounging or playing games and to the left is a dining area off a country kitchen with farm sink, granite counters and new appliances. In addition there is king-size bedroom on the first floor with an en suite bathroom.
The second floor features a media room with a 55" TV and sectional sofa, a king-size bedroom, a queen-size bedroom, a 2 twin bedroom and 2 full ans spacious bathrooms.
The third floor features a queen-size bedroom as well as an open loft with 2 twin beds.
