The Space:
Nestled within the expansive landscape of Wild Horse Ranch, our residence spans 40 acres, offering an unparalleled connection with nature. You'll encounter the majestic presence of wild horses, antelope, Prairie dogs, Bald and Golden eagles, freely roaming our community, enriching your experience with their graceful presence.
Our inviting abode boasts four bedrooms and three baths, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience. The ground floor hosts a luxurious master suite, while upstairs, three large guest bedrooms await. Additionally, a dedicated game room boasts many entertainment options, including air hockey, basketball, ping-pong, and an assortment of board games, ensuring endless amusement for all ages.
Throughout the home, breathtaking views of lake Hattie and rugged mountains captivate the senses, infusing every moment with natural splendor. A well-appointed kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, facilitates culinary endeavors, while ample dining space, accommodating up to ten guests at the main table and an additional four at the breakfast nook, fosters gatherings w/ family and shared meals.
For moments of relaxation and bonding, two distinct living areas offer ample space for the family to spread out, unwind, and create lasting memories in our Wyoming retreat.
Outside:
Antelope and wild horses frequent the property regularly. Other animals that can be seen on the property include ducks, geese, pelicans, fox, mule deer, and the occasional elk. With panoramic views of Lake Hattie, our home exudes an unparalleled sense of tranquility and serenity. It truly is a one-of-a-kind property. Immerse yourself in our outdoor features by casting a line in the lake. Fish such as, Browns, Cutthroats, Rainbow Trout, Kokanee salmon, and Yellow Perch an be found while fishing. For those who are more adventurous, rent a boat, jet-ski's, paddle boards and more for other invigorating lake activities. Conveniently, our property features its own ramp for easy access to the lake, ensuring hassle-free exploration of its pristine waters. Additionally, Wild Horse Ranch offers a private access recreational area on Lake Hattie with a boat ramp.
For those seeking thrills on the slopes, Snowy Range Ski Area is just 20 miles away! Ski breathtaking slopes amidst the alpine of the Medicine Bow National Forest. Snowy Range is also a premier snowmobiling destination, with over 200 miles of groomed trails winding through the valleys! These activities should absolutely be apart of your vacation when visiting during the winter!
Our property is located equally 20 miles from Centennial (Gateway to the Snowy Range), Albany (Medicine Bow Range) and Laramie (University of Wyoming).
Guest Access:
Our entire finished home is available to guests. Self check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.

PETS
We are a pet friendly rental. We charge a $250 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
NATURAL ELEMENT:
Our property is TRULY a gem of a property. With the sheer beauty comes natural elements such as snow drifts and high winds. Please read all of our instructions about our home if you book.
WATER:
Our house in on Cistern System. (water is delivered) You will have normal water use like you would in your everyday home but we do ask you be mindful. No recreational vehicle cleaning or hose bib use will be allowed.
LAKE
Guests must supervise children at all times. Guests enter at own risk.
USE OF HOUSE:
Guests will have use of the entire house. There is storage on the North side of the house that guests will not have access to.
DRIVING:
AWD should work most of winter, however 4WD is required on occasions when there is a lot of snow and/or high winds that creates snow drifts.
CHECKING IN
We highly recommend checking in before sundown. Getting familiar with accessing the property during daylight will make your arrival much easier (not to mention more beautiful!)
NO SMOKING
There is no smoking of any kind inside of our home. This includes, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana and cigars. If you smoke outside, it is imperative that you dispose of your cigarette in an ashtray or a disposable cup with water. Wyoming is a dry climate. Risk of fire is extremely high!
CHILDPROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
