Welcome to our RANCH! The Lemonade House sits in the middle of over 600 acres of different types of citrus. You'll enjoy the peace and secluded feeling of farm life, while "close enough to town" to go (10m) to a nice restaurant, lake or golf. Careful, you might get addicted to the quiet, lol!
OUR SPACE:
We have modeled the Lemonade House to experience real citrus farming life. Enjoy a walk around the property, ask questions of the owners, you might even see fruit getting picked for market.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The owners live only 500 feet away, so can easily help with any questions.
We ask that guests sign a simple, short-term rental agreement only to protect the property from any large destruction, which will be sent via Docusign to their email.
We love our privacy, please kindly keep your stay at the lemonade house without any additional visitors during the day or night.
We have lots of green areas to walk and hang out on the front and back porch.
For those traveling as a couple or “SOLO”, we offered a cleaning discount on your stay.
We also have longer stays 4-6 and up to 8 weeks ( Stays longer than 6 days have an additional cleaning fee)
