This luxurious townhome offers two-levels, 2,649 square feet, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests in comfort.
Entrance to this stunning home is via the front door and then into the expansive main level great room, offering an open and airy floor plan, complete with views overlooking the golf course. This main living area holds the living room, kitchen, and dining area—all with beautiful flooring throughout.
Living Room: With a modern design and ambiance, and plenty of natural light, you'll enjoy this space featuring contemporary style furnishings including a large curved sectional, a cozy gas fireplace, 75” Smart TV with DirecTV, and patio access to truly enjoy the surrounding views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight and is fully equipped with high-end appliances such as a Wolf gas range and convection oven, and Subzero refrigerator. The spacious stone counters make for easy meal prep and entertaining. The center island with bar seating for four is a perfect place for additional dining space or just a quick snack or cup of coffee. Step out onto the adjacent patio where you'll find a natural gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture - perfect for a tasty outdoor meal or evening cocktail.
