An exceptional mountain retreat w/private waterfall, fire pit & European hot tub! Does the thought of sleeping with the soothing flow of a waterfall nearby, sound wonderful to you? Or maybe, having a glass of wine while soaking in a beautiful European hot tub, overlooking that waterfall? How about roasting marshmallows over the fire pit at the bottom of that waterfall? If, so... "THE RETREAT @ MINIHAHA" is for you. This upscale, 3BR/2bath... newly renovated... property, is nestled perfectly in the Blue Ridge Mountains, beside it's very own "Minihaha Falls". The owners have gone to great lengths to make this vacation home as "perfect" as is can possibly be.
You'll enter the one-level home, with ease, from the parking area... just one step up onto the side portion of the multi-level deck. Inside, the open floor plan, greets guests into the fully equipped kitchen, w/stainless steel appliances, the dining area w/seating for six (6), the living area, w/beautiful leather furnishings, and... a spectacular lounging area, in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the waterfall & the fire pit area below.
The large Master Bedroom features a King size, adjustable bed, luxurious linens & bedding, a flat screen TV, a private entrance/exit out onto the deck, and down to the hot tub, and more floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in lots of natural light, and showcase the incredible views. The adjacent Master Bath includes a large, two-person, walk-in shower.
Both guest bedrooms have Queen beds, with top-of-the line linens & bedding, and the guest bathroom also has a double, walk-in-shower.
Outside, the multi-level, wrap-around, deck, provides the peace and tranquility that mountain life offers. Just off the living room, and off the master bedroom, the upper portion of the deck is home to several, comfy rockers, where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee... an afternoon with a good book, or an evening with the moon & stars. The lower portion of the deck leads the way, down a stone pathway, to the screened, lighted & furnished, European hot tub cabana. The steps down to the fire pit area below, are also reached from this portion of the deck.
Once you're here... you may find yourself wanting to stay forever, or... at least wanting to come back again and again!
