3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Balcony

Steps away from Lake Oscawana, nestled in the private community of Wildwood Knolls, is where you will find this 1930’s Ranch which has been completely transformed into a modern country oasis.
Please be patient as we update our photos to accommodate the additional space!
When entering our home, you immediately feel a sense of tranquility. The downstairs family/great room features ample seating and extra sleeping space, equipped with a 75 in television full second bathroom, featuring a free-standing bathtub (no shower) shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels for your stay. Laundry facilities equipped with front loading washing machine and dryer. Baby gates have been installed at the bottom and top of the stairs.
As you make your way up to the main floor, all of the bedrooms boast soft linens and twinkling lights that create a very relaxing and/or romantic atmosphere.
The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a full standup shower and rainfall system. You will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels for your stay.
The dining room/sitting room boasts a beautiful brick fireplace (which is fully operational) dining room table that accommodates 6 or more.
The kitchen is filled with warmth and is fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. which include spices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, silverware, plates, forks, spoons, knives and a full set of pots and pans, paper towels, napkins, and some breakfast items. Countertop appliances include coffee machine, ninja blender and toaster oven, microwave.
Lake access to our community private beach and swimming are complete with a swing set, picnic tables and gazebo. Lake Oscawana is fully stocked with many different fish, so be sure to bring your fishing rods. We have paddle boards, a canoe and a knack (which are located at our private dock space) to explore and coast along the lake. Life vests are provided. Come and soak up the sun and/or read a book. There is a lifeguard on duty for your safety during the summer season. Take an evening walk around our beautiful area and wake up to the sound of wildlife.

Summary: This property is very clean, comfortable beds, the decor is nice, and there is a backyard with seating around a fire pit & a hammock. There was coffee & a nice tea selection. It rained the majority of my visit so I did not get to spend time at the lake but it was very beautiful. The only thing I did not give 5 stars for is location. My last rental in Putnam Valley was not far off of a main road, but this home was up some hilly, curvy roads that made me very uncomfortable. However, some people would not be bothered by that, so that is personal preference. The neighborhood was quiet and the property had pretty landscaping. The host was very easy to reach. If you aren't bothered by mountain roads, I would recommend this stay!
