Living Areas
Designer furnishings welcome you to The Uptown Loft. The first level of the open floor plan includes a spacious living room and dining area, where you can either take in views of the lush, tropical private backyard and patio, or relax watching your fav Netflix on the 50" Roku Smart TV. Local channels are also provided or you may choose to link to your Hulu or Amazon Prime account. The unit features a gorgeous kitchen with granite counter seating, and a pristine half bathroom boasting high-gloss porcelain floors.
The Uptown Loft is literally open to the second level, which allows for beautiful natural light through the sky-light and high windows.
Kitchen & Dining
Granite counters and stainless steel appliances line the galley kitchen, along with counter seating for 2. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for any gourmet cooking. Servingware for 6 is provided along with a built-in microwave, toaster, smoothie blender and coffee maker.
For dining, you can choose to sit inside at the 4 person dining table or the 2 person eat-in kitchen counter. You may also choose to dine outside on the patio where there is additional dining for 4, as well as a bistro table for 2.
Kitchen amenities included are coffee, coffee condiments, olive oil and basic cooking seasonings. A starter supply of welcome water, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge & dishwasher pods are also included so there is no rush to run to the store upon arrival.
BEDROOMS
The Uptown Loft sleeps 4-6 guests. Both of the 2 guest rooms are on the second level and have super comfy beds with all white linens - because nothing says clean like white!
Bedroom I:
Sleeps 2 - Features a queen pillow-top bed, 40" Smart TV with Netflix and local channels, bedside lamps with built-in USB charging stations, wood hangers, storage space to unpack and settle in, iron/ironing board, and a tower fan -- for those who just can't sleep without one . The open loft wall has black out curtains for those desiring a daytime nap.
Bedroom II:
Sleeps 2 - Features a queen pillow-top bed, white loveseat, 32" Smart TV with Netflix and local channels, USB charging station, wood hangers, and light storage space for the guest who prefers to unpack.
Additional Sleeping for 2:
2 high-quality, Italian made memory foam roll-away beds are available upon request. Suuuper comfy!
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 - Ultra mod half bath located on first level.
Bathroom 2 - Spacious full bath on second level equipped with a marble vanity, high-gloss porcelain floor, a tub/shower combination with hand-held shower, shower stool, hand-held clothes steamer and hair dryer.
Shower Gel/Shampoo/Conditioner & hand soap amenities are included for guest convenience.

The Uptown Loft is located in North Tampa's Uptown District - an urban, diverse neighborhood just minutes away from Bush Gardens, and only 8 minutes away from USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, Florida Hospital, Advent Health and MOSI - the hubs of innovation & technology in the Uptown District.
The area is home to tons of restaurant options such as Miller's Ale House, Longhorn, the famous Shell's Seafood, World of Beer, First Watch, as well as fast casual options such as Starbuck's, Panera, Five Guys, Tijuana Flats and the Chicago favorite Portillo's. The trendy gastropubs in Seminole Heights are 9 min away.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Must be 25 or older to book. No third party bookings. Please read House Rules prior to booking. Local Guests should inquire to Host, explaining reason for booking. Profile Pics must resemble ID. Same ID may be required at check-in.
HOUSE RULES
All Guests must read, acknowledge and agree to the House Rules/Rental Agreement in writing, through the booking platform, within 24 hours of booking date.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Failure will result in $200 fee. Smoking outside only.
2. No events/parties
3. No illegal drugs/activities
4. No tampering/covering up front door camera (Ring Doorbell)
5. Booking Guest must supply all names & ages of all guests staying in the property, including all children - at time of booking. Host must be notified of any Guest changes/additions prior to check-in.
6. Guest must supply year, make, model, color, tag # and state registered of Vehicle(s) at time of booking - rentals may be supplied the day of check-in.
7. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight..
8. Maximum Guests allowed is 6. Any additional parties must be approved prior to check-in and may incur a per person charge of $50 per day.
9. Two memory foam roll-aways are available for use, must be requested prior to check-in.
10. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners/Host are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
11. Keep the property & all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
12. Any damaged or missing Items will result in loss of deposit (or part of deposit) and/or will incur additional fees.
13. We allow children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. - Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at ALL times.
14. The use of the high-speed internet connection is subject to the terms & conditions set forth by Spectrum, Inc. Tampering/unplugging service is grounds for immediate eviction.
15. One guest vehicle is allowed to park in the host driveway. If parking is needed for a second vehicle, arrangements may be made for use of garage
16. No pets are allowed. Failure to adhere is $300
17. There is no daily housekeeping service
18. A starter supply of amenities are provided (coffee, coffee condiments, oil, spices, garbage bags, dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, tissue, hand soap, shower gel, conditioner). It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional items if needed
19. Check - out is at 11am. The host will be flexible if possible. Failure to adhere is $50/hour
20. No foreign objects flushed down the toilets - hygiene/baby wipes, feminine pads/tampons, latex or plastic products. If clog results from any of said items, guest is charged for repairs.
21. No oil/bones in the garbage disposal. If damage occurs, guest is liable for repairs.
22. Garbage should be bagged/tied & disposed of in gray garbage bin located driveway.
23. If guest causes any major damage resulting in an insurance claim, guest is responsible to pay deductible of $1,000.
24. Lost key/tv remote fee -$100
25. Access: Guest shall allow host access to property in the event of emergency, repair or inspection. Host will provide at least 4 hour notice (unless in case of emergency).
26. Kitchen etiquette: no deep frying, or strong smelling food like fish/curry. Kitchen should be left in condition found. If extra cleaning is required, a fee of $25-$100 will be charged.
27. Stained furniture incurs cleaning fee of $50. If a company is hired, guest will be charged
28. Vomit/bodily excretions left anywhere in the property will incur a $500 fee & charged daily rate for every day the unit is not able to be booked.
All guests are subject to approval. Any guest failing to adhere to the house rental rules, may result in forfeiture of deposit, and/or may be subject to immediate removal of the property (without refund) at the host's discretion.
