This place was first a "maison allumette" which makes it part of Hull's cultural heritage. Today, the house has been converted to a fully conform and independent 2-family house.
The location is very private and central. Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place: UQO, OttawaU, Gatineau Park, Government Buildings, Museums, Casino, restaurants, etc.
THE SPACE
A large 2-bedroom condo with a full bathroom that will make you feel at home. The condo can accommodate up to 6 persons since there is a comfy sofa-bed in the living room! The space has been designed to accommodate professionals working remotely or completing their higher education. There's high-speed wifi! For our mutual protection, you will find cameras outside of the condo on the premises (Parking lot, front door, backyard door).
GUEST ACCESS
You will have full exclusive access to the Unit 1 as well as the front parking lot. This unit is on the main floor and only has one stair which make it accessibility friendly!
PARKING & GETTING AROUND
There is a very large parking lot in front of the house included for free in this listing! The parking lot can accommodate two small vehicles one behind the other. There is also street parking for a short period of time during the day.
This listing is very close to several bus stops. Uber is also available in this area. I have a car and I could give you rides if you prefer. There will be an additional fee for this service. Please contact me for more details.
