Positive: The two bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen area was clean and had cookware. It had easy access and linens for the two bedrooms. Good location. Seemed spacious.
Negative: The pool was almost gross. Someone came and skimmed the top but all of the junk on the bottom of pool stayed. Not clean enough to feel comfortable to use it. The room down a step in the back had a pullout couch but the mattress had gross stains on it. This back room did not feel clean. The couch in the living room had a pull Out couch. When the cushions came off there were tons of crumbs. Because of the dirt and difficulty of opening up the couch we bought a blow up bed.
Summary: It was in a great location and served the purpose but could be better if maintained.
