The bedrooms are cozy and gorgeous and the bathrooms are well designed with paintings and art works. You have a choice of purple room, gold and red room or the blue room. It will leave you wanting to sleep in all rooms at the same time. The mattresses are very comfy and leaves you well rested.
All new appliances, TVs, beds, everything. There are Televisions in all bedrooms (55 inch, 55 inch and 24 inch TVs) in addition to the large living room TV.

No noise or events parties allowed. I have a active video cameras outdoors for security purposes and to deter party troopers. There are two cameras in the front yard that monitors the driveway away, the other monitors the front porch and front lawn area. There is one camera in the backyard that monitors the entire backyard and the backyard patio. The feed is live and only records movements. The cameras are mostly to monitor that guest aren’t having events and parties or breaking the rules. They do not show indoors of the house and is to serve as evidence to Airbnb that I operate my home under the rules and conditions that pleases my guest, neighbors and Airbnb.
Home has lighting with variety of colors that comes which remote control for a romantic feel and star like lighting for the ceiling perfect for kids and adults to ensure dreamy and peaceful nights.
There is coffee and tea for you to refreshen yourself every morning. There is toothbrush, toothpaste and soap so you don't have to worry about that on your first night if you forgot yours at home. A lot of times I also add make up wipes, body lotion, drinking water, fountain drinks and noodles.
For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need. A blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, bread maker, sandwich maker, pots and pans, cutting board, cooking utensils, salt, cooking oil, water filter, etc. Sometimes I have cookies, cereal and chocolates depending on your length of booking.
Do you have sleep issues? Our rooms are designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek the sunrise. The beds are very comfortable and the paintings inspire sense of comfort, romance or family living.
There is fast wifi, laptop, printer, papers and work desk for those on business or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print.
The sofas are very comfortable with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz and Roku subscriptions to watch News, Live TV or your favorite show.
The parking lot can contain two cars in the drive way. The neighborhood is quiet and people love to keep to themselves and not be disturbed.
There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in place and also smoke, gas and carbon-monoxide detectors.
There is also a safe with keys or code for you at all times in the home.

Other things to note
During night time till dawn, please avoid making loud noises (especially music in the driveway from cars or playing loud music on the deck) so as not to upset the sleeping neighbors. Night time means when it gets dark. Even during day time, respectably play music and keep the place loud noise free.
Please don’t go to my neighbors for anything. Call or text me instead. In an emergency, call 911 not my neighbors. Any questions, address strictly to me. Don’t park in my neighbors’ driveway by error or deliberately. Don’t throw trash across to my neighbor’s yard. In short words, when you book my home, you are dealing with me all the way and not any of my neighbors so they can enjoy their regular homely comfort as before and not feel inconvenienced by my hosting. Keeps my rates affordable and to avoid getting shut down or suspended or a law suit by guest who violate rules that I have to pay the price for. I will deeply appreciate your cooperation.
There will be a damage fee if home gets damaged by guests, items get stolen or if the no smoking law is violated. Again, no parties and events allowed. I can’t stress that enough as it brings trouble. Book elsewhere if you intend to party. I allow one night minimum to accommodate last minute travelers, emergencies and those stranded not for those who wanna have a getaway party. Also all specially designed cutleries are counted so do not take any out of SHG home. There are disposable cups for that. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy. There are also comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoor if cold.
