A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private pool (with optional electric heat) that overlooks one of the freshwater canals in Rotonda West. This home is well equipped to sleep 6.
The large great room includes the living room with sliders to the lanai area, formal dining room, kitchen and nook area. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliders to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with shower and separate tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom; telephone and internet. The well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave and the separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
Relax or soak up the sun in the private pool with optional electric heat. The covered lanai has a patio table with chairs, chaises, and a gas BBQ grill. There is limited access to the garage as it has a snooker/bumper pool table and bicycles for use by guests.
