We offer you 3 bedrooms two queen beds with TVs in each bedroom. Master bedroom with fireplace king bed with larger tv overlooking Castle Rock Lake amazing sunsets with a balcony off master bedroom to relax enjoy sunsets views of lake, with master bathroom with lavish shower and 2 person jacuzi to relax yourself in. Second bathroom has shower tub. We do supply towels and hand towels but not( beach towels). Condo will comfort you with large living room with pull out sofa and fireplace. Enjoy views from living room deck looking out over hole 3 which is replica of a Augusta hole. Large deck allows enough space for relaxation and gatherings.( No gas grills allowed on either Deck) or electric grills not allowed. Off living room there is a quit den for guest to relax and watch there own tv show with pull out sofa. From Living room there will be very nice dining room large dining room table that seats 6 to 8 people. Going into beautiful kitchen with all granite counter tops you can entertain having a large bar island with 3 bar stools for extra dining area and for your food to be served. With all amenities supplied for cooking other then gas grill or charcoal grill, kitchen offers full oven microwave, coffee makers mixer toaster oven, full refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Kitchen will invite you to share your time with your friends and family well with glasses plates silver wear dishwasher. For those who need to connect to internet there is fast free WiFi DVR for movie entertainment. You will find yourself relaxing and enjoying all the amenities surrounding you at Sunset Condominiums at Northern Bay. You can go to very nice beach on the lake or to the pool with nice hot tub. Take in some tennis or basketball and for the kids a nice play area near the pool. Bring the bike go for nice bike rides along the lakeside. See nature at its best. And best of all for you golfers excite yourself with playing one of the only mid-west has 7replica holes one master designed golf courses around.Just north you can test your skills on the new Sand Vallery PGA course first 18 holes done and open. Just 2 miles north you can test your skills at Lake Arrowhead golfing has 2 18 hole courses. Don't forget to treat yourself to fine dining at the club house and surrounding fine dining restaurants. Our condo is very close to the Tiki Bar that has great bands and DJ for your entertainment. There are pontoon rentals and jet ski rentals as well. Castle Rock Lake offers great fishing and swimming boating for all your adventures with bars and fine dining and a island for boating to and partying. You will enjoy your time at the Magnolia Loft. Come stay and play golf and enjoy yourself. Also under development now with first of 5 18 holes completed new highly talked about Sand Valley golf course only 15 minutes north of your stay at Northern Bay.
