The first bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, complete with plush pillows and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. It also features a clothes rack with hangers, a dresser and stool, bedside table and lamp, as well as beautiful artwork and plush cushions for added comfort and style.
The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, clothes rack with hangers, and decorated with artwork and plush cushions to make your stay more enjoyable.
The bathroom features a bathtub, sink, and toilet, providing everything you need for a relaxing and refreshing bath.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. It comes complete with a hob, oven, coffee machine, complimentary coffee, tea and sugar, basic cooking supplies, plates and glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, and a washer. The dining table can seat up to 5 guests.
In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, coffee table, armchair, and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The space is also beautifully decorated with charming touches to make your stay more comfortable.
Finally, our shared outdoor area provides a perfect place for dining and relaxing in the fresh air. You can enjoy our outdoor furniture and dining area, which is perfect for a morning coffee or al fresco dining.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
