Positive: The location was wonderful not far from nothing but far enough to not deal with traffic sounds
Negative: The carpets need shampooed there sticky and gross the ceiling had mold i had to call and they said it could b smoke from the fireplace but this was no where near the fireplace and they showed up and cleaned it but thats not gonna keep it gone there was no broom so we ended up buying one just so we could sweep leaves up
