Positive: Well I liked the facility - couple things didn't like - It wasn't mentioned that not all included items of the emerald was included in our stay through you. Also could not get safe to open and no instructions worked. Waited for check-in because we arrived a little earlier than anticipated.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable and should at least have one blanket in the room. Safe did not work.

Summary: Overall good - just some inconveniences.
