Positive: The location is very nice, situated in a small village. Within 2 minutes, you can reach the main road, the town, and the port, where you can take boat trips to different islands. The place is well-secured, and the bed is big and comfortable. The receptionist, who is available for a few hours each day, is friendly and helpful, providing useful information about where to go and what to do. The electronic door system is also very convenient. We were able to contact the management through WhatsApp, and they replied within a reasonable time. We requested a brush and a shovel, and they provided them within a few minutes.

Negative: The bathroom is nice, but it has a strong, unpleasant smell (I think it’s chlorine). You can open the window, but then the bathroom gets quite cold. The radiators were not turned on during our stay (from October 14th to 17th), although the bedroom and kitchen could be heated with the air conditioner. When taking a shower, the water runs onto the bathroom floor since the shower has no door or curtain. We had to block the water with a towel and then squeeze it out to remove the excess water, which is not acceptable. If you plan to fry or cook authentic meals with spices, onions, etc., this kitchenette might not be suitable, as it has no extractor fan or range hood. The smell stays in the living and bedroom area. The Wi-Fi is also very slow. When we booked the place on the website, it was listed as having free parking at the residence. However, when we arrived, all the parking spaces were occupied. We had to look for parking on our own, and since we don’t understand Italian, we had to use our camera to show the nearby public parking (about 200m away) to the staff in the office to confirm if it was free. Later, we found a larger area with plenty of free parking about 70m from the apartment. It was quite unfair to have to search for parking after many hours of driving. The management should have at least informed us about the nearby public parking if their own spaces were full. We were very disappointed. Also, the photos on Booking.com show larger apartments than the one we actually received.
