Elm Tree House is a modern three bedroom semi-detached house situated in the seaside resort town of Torquay. This fabulous holiday home is situated on Primrose Hill, within a short distance to local amenities and excellently placed for exploring the delights of the surrounding areas. Within two and a half miles to Oddicombe Beach and Torre Abbey Sands, this property is the perfect base for families or groups of friends who enjoy spending a day at the beach building sandcastles !

Size: sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms
Beds: Two king size and one single beds.
Rooms: Spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area, cloakroom, living room, family bathroom and three bedrooms.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric fan assisted double oven/grill, gas hob, integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and electric food mixer.
Entertainment: Smart TV, small TV in master bedroom with Now TV.
For families: Baby equipment not provided.
Parking: One allocated private parking space.
General: WiFi, linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels.
Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Please note that the house is in a residential area, so, out of respect to our neighbourhood , we have a strict no party and no loud music policy.
