Summary: The property itself was STUNNING, a nice old Victorian-style home. Very clean. The only downside was the AC system, but if you are in Colorado, you know that's not ACTUALLY an issue, I just run hotter than normal. They had an AC unit in every room, though. We had a slight hiccup where the breaker switched, but the customer service was impeccable and answered right away. My husband was able to resolve it, but the customer service was on point the entire time. The hot tub was clean and nice. There was a home behind it that I was not aware of that was also being rented out, but that was no issue; the other renters were respectful and loved their property just as much.
