There are two very steep and narrow spiral staircases in the home. One leads to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and one leads to the large suite downstairs that houses a separate entrance living space, bedroom, and bathroom. These staircases should be used with care and may not be suitable for very young children or anyone with mobility issues.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are three outdoor cameras the owner has in place. One at the very front of the house facing the driveway. One that shows the entrance to the deck at the back of the house. And one on the patio area at the side of the house overlooking that downstairs entrance.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
