This two-story home sits around the corner from the heart of Rockport, a small, tranquil town known for having one of the prettiest harbors and some of the best restaurants in Maine. A short drive away, you can stroll through downtown Camden to find even more excellent restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Other nearby activities include kayaking, sailing, hiking in Camden Hills State Park, driving along the Midcoast, visiting the museums and galleries of downtown Rockland, and taking beautiful day trips out on Penobscot Bay or to local island communities such as Monhegan, North Haven, and Vinalhaven. In winter, you'll also be quick drive from the ski area at Camden Snow Bowl.
No matter how you spend your days on the Midcoast, you'll find the perfect place to begin and end each one in the landscaped garden and the large, private backyard. Sip your morning coffee in an Adirondack chair, sear seafood fresh from the ocean on the gas grill for lunch, and roast marshmallows over the firepit as the sun goes down.
