Great care has been taken to preserve the historical charm of this beauty from the hardwood floors to the impeccable decor!
As soon as you arrive you'll immediately notice the large front porch, beautifully decorated and perfect for sipping morning coffee or watching friendly neighbors walk throughout the lively neighborhood. Upon entering the home you'll immediately step into the living room with a gas fireplace (not operable in summer months), comfortable seating, TV (cable not included, however you can log into your own streaming accounts), and classic french doors that open to the spacious dining room. In the dining room you'll find a gorgeous wooden table with space for 4. You'll love the natural light in this space! Next you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and all the supplies you need to craft delicious meals together. Towards the back of the kitchen you'll find the back door, which opens to a private garden/patio area with space for relaxing in the evenings.
