“El Dosel House” is an apartment decorated in a cozy and functional way, with all the comforts. Located next to El Dosel beach. To access the house you have to go up a stairs, 17 steps, (see last picture). And then, enjoy this wonderful hosue! Forget your worries in this great accommodation: it is an oasis of calm!

It has a large hall.
To the left of the hall, we find the kitchen, spacious and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker and kettle. It has direct access to a gallery with the washing machine, a washing sink and the thermos, which is electric.

It has 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 90x150cm beds. So in total the capacity is for 6 people.
There are two bathrooms. Both are complete, with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. One of them is en-suite to the master bedroom.

From the entrance, to the right is the living-dining room, with two large glass doors that lead to the enormous main terrace. There is a table with chairs (6) with convertible capacity for 8 people, and a comfortable 6-seater sofa, in front of the television. The second terrace, wonderful, solarium type and with greater privacy, also has direct access from the living room and has views to the sea.
On the terraces there is outdoor furniture: sofa, armchairs and table with chairs and loungers.
One of the 3 bedrooms is located in this area (decorated in sand tones-colours).

It has an air conditioning unit with heat pump. There are two splits: in the living room and in the master bedroom.
There are two standing fans for the other two bed-rooms.
In the house there is an iron and ironing board. It has WIFI.
