Positive: Very cute and comfortable house with a beautiful extra room. The glass room, as we called it, has ceiling to floor glass walls/windows on all sides, which are tinted glass so you can’t see in, and has a door allowing access to my favorite part of the house, the back deck sitting area! These features of the house provide Such an amazing and enjoyable vibe! The back deck area faces the lake which was so relaxing and it stayed cool out there with the overhead fans during the day and was beautifully lit at night it was perfect for us to enjoy the weekend! This rental also included everything we needed from linens to kitchen appliances and utensils, magazines, games and even an arcade game!
Negative: The items ( ie. a few random kid toys, planters, corn hole, the deck boxes, the ping pong table) on the back porch/seating area were broken and dirty, we didn’t mind as we weren’t really using them. However, a few little replacements and thorough outdoor cleaning could make it go along way!
Summary: Wonderful place to spend time with family and make great memories! I would definitely rent again
