Located on the east side, this huge house with a massive 70 foot deck and spacious backyard is the perfect venue for your graduation celebration, homecoming football weekend, or a family get together. The spacious bi-level deck spans the length of the house. All of the bedrooms have fun themes, real (not cheap foam) mattresses and include a Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen includes everything you will need to cook a small meal or Thanksgiving dinner (excluding the food lol). The deck opens to a half-acre backyard and is partially covered. Campus is 1 mile away and the stadium under 3. Short drive to peaceful lake Monroe.
