Welcome to Eagle Mountain Lake! Our home is a place for you to retreat, relax, and reset during your stay. This luxurious space is a desirable and rare find for family's of few, corporate retreats, and private escapes. The tranquility surrounding our home will allow you to be present and enjoy the space as your own, with views that are unmatched of beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake and the peacefulness that you'll find behind each door, this space is the one for you!
The Space:
Our home is the perfect space for small families, corporate retreats, and private getaways with a loved one. We offer 3 bedrooms within the house, all of which are "master-level" suites that can accommodate anyone. There are 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom for you and your guest to enjoy. If you have further questions in regards to the space please reach to us accordingly.
Guest Access:
One hour prior to check-in you will receive a code from Jacey that grants you access to a lockbox located on the front door. If you have any issues checking in or during your stay please reach out to us through the messaging platform and we will be happy to assist you.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a very respectful neighborhood and we simply ask that our guest are just as respectful. We want for our guest to enjoy the property as their own, but we also want to respect our neighbors for the duration of your stay. We thank you ahead of time for your understanding.
Other Things to Note:
Guest and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No more than 3 cars parked in the spaces provided.
Quiet time after 10:00 p.m.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before you leave. All trash must be in bags, NO LOOSE TRASH. $100 fine will be added if not followed.
Keep a close eye on your kids, the house has a large patio space not suitable for children and we are located on a lake. The host and property owners are NOT LIABLE for damages or any other bodily injury caused or that happen on the property.
Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages up to $1,500 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Please clean all dishes and place them in the correct spot before checkout.
Please pull back the sheets on the beds used as our cleaning team will come in after your stay and take care of the laundry.
Pets are allowed with approval ($100 fee per dog): Must be potty trained, have a crate, and be put up when you are out of the house.
