Nestled on just under two acres, Casa-Caz comes complete with a private hot tub and dreamy alfresco living spaces. The interior of this home will delight you with its expansive floor plan, vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level, stunning tile throughout, a custom fireplace, a wine bar, and an open floor plan that makes entertaining a breeze. Step outside to the ceramic deck that wraps around the front and north side of the house and make your way down the stairs to the fern garden for some peace, a soak, or a firepit session.
Another enclosed yard lays beyond the fern garden where you can let the dogs run around in bliss. Be sure to take a moment each morning and evening to simply sip a coffee or glass of wine and listen to the babbling creek on the porch or take a dip in the nearby swimming hole on summer days. Though this is truly a paradise during the summertime, winter is a dream too as you warm yourself near one of the flickering fireplaces. Listen to the rain on the vaulted wood ceiling and reminisce with loved ones over a mug of hot cocoa. Located in the Russian River Resort Area, there is something for everyone to enjoy, including seasonal parades, concerts, a rodeo, and of course a wide array of shopping and dining.
