This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is located on the 4th floor and offers incredible ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen size bed. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side; one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. This rental has breath taking ocean views; watch the crashing waves from your large balcony!

Summary: Our family vacation to Wilmington was great and staying at this lovely condo was significant in us having a wonderful time. We did go at the mid-end of October, and unfortunately the summer season had ended, so the pool was closed, but the access to the beach was in the property and very easy to walk to, and the beach was lovely for walking and bathing. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and had all the necessary amenities and, most importantly, the location was excellent for access to restaurants and stores. Parking was very convenient as well. We did have a problem with internet access and TV did not work, but internet was finally fixed after a few days of calling and waiting. The beach front view from the condo was amazing, and the terrace in the condo allows for viewing of sunrise and sunset right from your place. I totally recommend this property, and I would not think twice in going there again.
