Welcome to our private guest house! The Downtowner apt is a sweet private space for two - with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We are nestled in the sweet and quiet neighborhood of United Central which is just a hop, skip and jump away from downtown St. Pete. We are conveniently about 20 mins from PIE airport and about a 30 minute ride to TPA airport. Getting to the beach is a breeze from the downtowner - we are about 10 mins from St. Pete Beach!
The space is perfect for two who may be traveling with a pet. Our decor is simple and sweet giving our guests all the space needed for moving about and being comfortable in the guest house. The apartment comes with a full size kitchen so evening meals and cooking are simple and efficient when staying a little longer at our home. Our bedroom is private and we also have a private yard space with a hot tub, propane fire put and inside covered laundry room.
You will access the home via a smart key pad on our front door - we will send you the check in instructions once the home is ready for your access. The check in instructions will include your personalized code for entry.
I love interacting with my guests however that interaction is totally up to you! I want you to have the very best time at my home so please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve your stay! I know all the fun recommendations so feel free to ask :)
The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and extremely safe. We are just a few minutes from the downtown St. Pete area and you can enjoy walks in our neighborhood anytime of the day.
I would recommend renting a car for your stay, however would be possible if you just wanted to explore the downtown area as well as the beaches in St. Pete.
This is a private guest house with it's own parking and small driveway. Please note the guest house is separate from the main house via a 7ft privacy fence. Please respect our neighbors right to a quiet living space.

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
