This is a super cute two-story Victorian in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The bathroom is all brand new and has a tub/shower combo. The entire house features hardwood floors except for bathrooms which have ceramic tile. The main floor has a nice sized living room with all new furnishing along with a few vintage pieces thrown in. The separate dining room has a table and seating for 6. The cute kitchen features original cabinets and new black granite countertops. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a big meal. The first floor also has a mudroom/laundry room with a nice washer and dryer for your use. The first floor has a full bath with another tub shower combo. The house has great working wifi, Dish Network TV satellite service, and new 48" smart tvs in both the living room and master bedroom. The house has a nice sized, fenced backyard with a large patio. There is patio dining furniture and a gas grill. There is private parking for two cars along the side of the house. This is a great house to hang out in and relax. However, the best feature of this home is its proximity to downtown. It is two blocks from the house to the center of downtown. You can walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and other downtown locations. It is true downtown living at its very best.

They are near identical except this new one has larger bedrooms and a bigger backyard. I also have a new VRBO on the same block that will be up and running by May of 2018.
