This condo features one large bedroom with a Queen-sized bed.
The couch is not a pull out but is large and comfortable enough for another guest, or I also have an air mattress that can be placed in the living room area.

The balcony is separated from the neighbours for extra privacy, and has a patio chair and table that you're free to use.

We are centrally located in a prime spot in downtown Toronto. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to major tourist attractions, transportation hubs, and post secondary schools.
The grocery store is less than 10 minutes away on foot, and there is a community centre in the park across the street that has additional recreational facilities.
This is a residential neighborhood that’s quiet but an easy and short walk to Toronto’s Financial District. There is a selection of restaurants offering global cuisine within a 5 minute walk (sushi, ramen, Middle Eastern, Indian, Irish, Canadian, etc.)!
This neighborhood is perfect for families and the condo is next door to a primary school and a large park (one of the few in located in central downtown Toronto). We are on multiple streetcar lines that will take you east and west in the city, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to two major subway stations that will transport you north and south. It’ll be easy to get around no matter where you’re looking to go!
