The first and main level of the home is where you'll find the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a half bathroom. The living room is ideal for relaxation and entertainment with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Netflix, a ceiling fan, plenty of light, and comfortable furnishings that include an L-shaped sofa and an armchair. Then, you'll have the fully-equipped kitchen with to-die-for marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with its own sink and dishwasher seating up to four people. The French door fridge will keep all of your goodies nice and cool and the stove and oven will be perfect for meal prep. Down the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer combo and a half bathroom.
Climb up the stairs to find yourself at the second level of this home. The first thing you'll come across is a well-equipped desk–the home's high-speed internet and home office make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a flatscreen Smart TV, however, only bedroom number one has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
