Our updated 2BR sits on Delaware Street where you will enter through the back gate that includes modern finishes such as Historic Hardwood Floors, Granite Counter Tops, fully renovated bathrooms, a fully gourmet kitchen, fireplace, & 2 balconies! 1 off master bedroom & 1 off the living room, where you can enjoy yourself a cold drink or glass of wine.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Downtown Indy and feel at home! Our Modern Apartment includes 1 queen bedroom, 1 double queen bedroom, and a open-style apartment. Our common/living room space comes with 1 comfortable couch that lets out to a queen memory foam bed! 2 Chairs where you can relax and enjoy streaming with our smart TV or get cozy by the fireplace! Right next to the Couch, there is a light up hammock chair where you can take swing while enjoying the city views. Our Luxurious kitchen is stocked with FREE coffee, a microwave, toaster, cutting knives/cutting board, & cookware to cook full course meals for your other behalf, friends, and family. There are a Washer and Dryer in the apartment across from it you will also find a place to hang your jackets, do a little work at the desk.. Also, we have included high-speed WIFI & a Smart TV to watch all the Netflix you want (no cable).
There are plenty of windows allowing for natural light. Enjoy a shower that includes (Shampoo, Body Wash/soap, Conditioner, Towels, Washcloths, & Hand Towels).
As with all of our properties, our cleaning staff strives to adhere to all CDC and OSHA cleaning guidelines for added peace of mind during your stay.
