Summary: The room was okay. It seemed dirty due dust being present especially in the closet. Dirt and stains on table counter the sheet were stained but over all it was fine we functioned with out options. The front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Ive been to Miami enough to know the place is not all that for them act rude and passive aggressive. I asked for a cup of water to take my pills and got told to go to the CVS that is ridiculous. I was not asking for a liter of water! They claimed to have a repair order for ice machine but in reality had none and lied to us about having it available on other floors
