Access to the whole house with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer.
I'm close by and can help if anything is needed but there is a lockbox with a key inside of it for easy remote check in.

Quiet time after 10 pm. This is a residential neighborhood, and the neighbors are great. We want to keep it that way and respect their privacy and serenity as much as yours. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN THE DOORWAY. In accordance with our policy we are required to charge a $250 violation fee to cover the cost of cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke free condition.
AGE RESTRICTION: Please note that this property has an age restriction policy in place. At least one guest staying on the premises needs to be age 30 or older. Valid identification may be requested upon check-in or during the reservation process to verify age. As part of our standard policy we require a $200 security deposit for all reservations where none of the guest are over the age of 30. Summary: Keyless entry was very easy and reliable. We stayed at this house for 5 nights while in town for the graduation of our son from the Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson. House was great for our family and provided us a with a great space for us to rest and relax. It was warm and humid during our stay, but the AC was up to the test! The laundry washer and dryer performed well as did other kitchen appliances / tools. Location is centrally located. We had a nice day at the zoo (5-minute drive), downtown Columbia for nighttime dining (10-minute drive) and Fort Jackson 20-minute drive. We also made our way across the Congaree River to West Columbia for lunch one day (15-minute drive). If anyone in the group is a baseball fan, Segra Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies is worth taking time to see...it is a beautiful stadium (10-minute drive). The house had everything we needed. If anyone in your group is a baseball fan, Travis was a great host and responded quickly to every information request we had prior to our arrival. We did not need his assistance during the trip as everything was straight forward and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay again.
