Positive: The front staff lady was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The warm cookies that are handed out when you arrive are always welcomed. The room was clean and neat.. This hotel has been our first go-to place for several years now and we come into St Paul twice yearly.
Negative: We didn't like the new rule of paying ten dollars a night for parking, We were told that the city owns the hotel's parking lot and because of excessive vagrant parking, they had to charge parking. If that is true, then it is understandable.
