Summary: We have stayed at this hotel many times because of its location to family, shopping, and restaurants. When we checked in almost everything was okay—relaxed and watched a little tv. There was a stain on the comforter which we told the front desk about and asked to have it changed. When we returned after dinner, the bed had been changed, but the tv was unplugged and the thermostat had been turned up to 75. Was this some petty revenge for our complaint?!?!? We will come back to the Lisle/Naperville area, but we will NOT stay at this hotel again!!
