Summary: This booking clearly stated the it included free parking - one of the prior reasons we choose this location. During check in despite telling the clerk these were the terms of the booking, she repeatedly said we needed to pay for parking. I told the clerk this was our 4 th staff at this hotel this month and we have never paid for parking. Other than this, the hotel, location were good.
