It comes with all utilities included and is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. High-speed internet access is also provided, catering to both leisure and professional needs.

The kitchen is equipped for your convenience, with a microwave/convectional oven combo, an air fryer, and a Ninja Foodie multi-cooker, along with a charcoal grill.
