This enchanting cottage boasts the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable retreat for you and your group of up to four.
Step into the main level living room with seasonal gas fireplace. The welcoming space is open to the dining and kitchen areas, providing a wonderful place for everyone to spend time together. Enjoy the Smart TV and the views of the woods just outside.
Prepare delicious homemade meals with ease in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. And for those who love the sizzle of outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill awaits on the patio, beckoning you to indulge in al fresco dining under the starlit sky.
The main level offers a convenient bedroom and bathroom for those who prefer not to do a lot of stairs. This sleeping space is also set away from the others for some additional privacy.
Venture upstairs to discover a sanctuary to rest and recharge. Two spacious bedrooms await each with a comfortable bed and soaring ceilings. The adjacent full bathroom provides plenty of space to get ready in the morning including a shower tub combo.
But the true highlight awaits outside. Step onto the patio and immerse yourself in serenity as you soak in the private hot tub, surrounded by woods and mother nature. Whether you're soothing tired muscles or simply basking in the tranquility of nature, this outdoor oasis promises moments of pure bliss.

The common area amenities are shared by all 9 cottages. This includes the fire pits, picnic area, basketball, volleyball, swimming pool, and large yard. Please note the swimming pool is only available during the summer months, dependent on weather.
Located in the countryside, it is common to see pests and vermin such as mosquitoes, ants, mice, squirrels, raccoons, etc. Please be mindful to keep your food stored properly and do not leave food out on the screen porches.
This area does not offer high-speed cable internet or TV service. Each cottage is equipped with Dish Network TV and Frontier wireless internet through the phone line. This means that service can be spotty and unreliable.
These cottages are on a well and septic system. Water comes from the ground and may taste different than you are used to. It is perfectly safe to drink, but you may wish to bring bottled water if not accustomed to the flavor. The septic system is fragile in nature and nothing other than toilet paper and waste should be flushed. All other items (baby wipes, cotton balls, feminine products, etc.) should be disposed of in the trash. Not adhering to this could result in the septic backing up into the cottage.
There are no laundry facilities on site. Zoom Express Laundry in Douglas has self-serve machines for your laundry needs.
