What We Love
Nestled on 63 acres of working farmland, you'll find the Amity Farm House. A true country escape, this private property homes cows and horses. When you aren't exploring the tree-lined property, head mere minutes away, and you'll discover Lake Hamilton, downtown Hot Springs, and additional attractions like Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Hot Springs National Park, and the Garvan Woodland Gardens.
Ready to entertain, the Amity Farm House boasts excellent common space for you and your loved ones. Spend hours over the pool table, retro pinball game, and mechanical slot machine in the downstairs game room. Or, sit back and catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies in the open-concept living area upstairs. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops when hunger arises. Dining is made a breeze at the breakfast bar, the in-kitchen dining table, the formal dining table, and even alfresco on the covered porch.
Rest assured that you and your loved ones will have enough space to get comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has a mechanical bed with massagers, and all rooms have central air-conditioning and soft linens. With interior perks like a wood-burning fireplace, a jetted tub, baby gates, and a private washer/dryer - all of your needs are met.
