Welcome to Lookout Ridge Place Apartment! This cozy refinished little mountain apartment is a mother-in-law suite that is right next to the main home on the property. This property is dog-friendly with a max amount of 2 dogs allowed with a $60 pet fee. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and green landscape, the private front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee up in the Mountains of Georgia. This home is on Lookout Mountain and is a short 5 minute drive from Covenant Collage and in 20 minutes you are in Downtown Chattanooga.
The covered front porch is everyone's favorite place to be when staying at our Lookout Ridge Place Apartment. The fresh mountain air and peace and quiet is both relaxing and inviting. You will find yourself enjoying the table and chairs that is near the wooden porch swing and the charcoal grill.When entering into the home, you are welcomed by vaulted ceilings and an open concept living-room, office area, kitchen and dining area. There is a smart TV in the living room and the TV stand is filled with wonderful board games and puzzles that you can use! The fully stocked kitchen will have everything you need to make a meal during your stay. Including plate-ware, dish-ware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There is a coffee machine with medium roast grounds available. In the kitchen there is a stackable washer and dryer as well as another workspace desk area that you can utilize during your trip.
Down the hall there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom on the right has a queen sized bed and the bedroom on the left has a trundle bed that has 2 twin beds. Right next to the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a standing shower and at the end of the hallway there is a door that leads to the small back porch that overlooks the neighbors pond.

- The main home on the property is also a vacation rental. You will not have access to their private outdoor patio or their grill.
