Settle in next to the gas fireplace, or switch on the central air conditioning if it's sunny outside. You'll be close to town here, as well as to the lake and various outdoor activities. Of course, you might not want to leave the home's lower level entertainment area. The open full kitchen (complete with full-size appliances, fabulous cabinets, and an extra-long prep table that doubles as a breakfast bar) is sure to be the center of activity. The upstairs den is perfect for kids or guests that feel like a quieter activity while everyone chats below. But everyone can come together around the firepit in the backyard and enjoy watching the stars come out.
The first bedroom of this home is just on the lower floor, just past the entrance to the back deck. This lovely room features a desk workspace, a private entrance to the back deck, and a private en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
