It's all about the stunning location of this home just outside Londonderry, where you'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the lifts at Magic Mountain. This property enjoys the closest view of all of Magic Mountain that you can find, with its south-facing position allowing you to watch the sunrise over the slopes each morning.
This home connects to Magic Mountain by way of a dirt easement road that you can walk or drive to reach the ski area's back parking lot and the base of the slopes. It's a fantastic spot for skiing, taking autumn chair lift rides to admire the incredible colors, and attending the many area events (including Vermont Roots Roadshow in August, Labor Day fireworks in September, BrewGrass Festival in October, and Fall Foliage Rides in September and October).
This two-level home was designed to entertain a crowd. The living room features lofty ceilings, ample seating on leather sofas, and a wood-burning fireplace to curl up next to as you stream movies on the Smart TV. Just beyond the archways are a fully appointed kitchen with a four-person breakfast bar and an adjacent dining room. The outdoor spaces are equally enticing - a grassy lawn where you can play cornhole and bocce, a deck with a gas grill, and a firepit to gather around on summer evenings.
The first four bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a jetted bathtub, are in the main part of the house. A fifth sleeping space awaits in the studio above the garage - a great escape for teens with a flatscreen TV (with Chromecast) and foosball and air hockey tables.
