Really special heavenly gated half acre property close to Burbank airport, North Hollywood, only 20 mins from west Hollywood, downtown, 15 mins from the rose bowl, 25 from the getty, hours from the beach, hour from skiing and 25 mins from calarts you’ll feel as though you’re in heaven and not in a busy cramped city when you pull into the the long driveway flanked with lemon trees, orange trees, lavender jasmine bushes and drive past the pool open the second gated private property. Where you have a front and back yard to meditate or enjoy the flowers in with the sounds of birds chirping. Must love dogs!
Wake up and make espresso, lay on the lawn, pick lemons to make lemonade. Go for a hike walking distance take a shower in the pool shower, jump in the pool and dry off reading a book. At night enjoy a large deep leather sofa or play chess and poker with friends around the vintage Italian table. Arrange to go horseback riding, pick flowers or go hiking.
I’m writing this now in maru coffee in Hollywood 15 minutes away, and last night went to cafe triste 20 mins away in China town. Go see the sunset over the valley in Kagel canyon then stop by the iconic karaoke honky tonk bar The Hideaway only ten minutes away from the house.
Pena’s tacos for dinner, incredible India food, organic produce, grocery outlet and a Trader Joe’s nearby. Desconso gardens as well.
