This two-story home boasts a prime location for visiting Attitash Mountain Resort, with Bear Peak Lodge three-quarters of a mile up the road and the main base area less than two miles east. Story Land, Black Mountain Ski Area, Cranmore Mountain Resort, and the fantastic shops and outlets of North Conway are all within a scenic, 11-mile drive. In the immediate area, you'll find beautiful hiking trails and some of the most vibrant fall foliage you've ever seen.
When the weather's warm or the leaves are changing, make the most of the home's spaces that highlight the natural surroundings. Sip your first cup of coffee each morning on a furnished porch among the treetops, and spend your afternoons barbecuing in the fresh air on the back patio.

Summary: I feel bad for the owner not knowing what happened during our stay and how badly their property is being managed by Vacasa. The property itself was nice but Vacasa did absolutely nothing to fix a fairly significant problem we were having. The house is in a very nice, private wooded location, clean, and appointed just as shown in the pics. Great kitchen, clean and modern bathrooms and comfortable beds and new washer/dryer. The reason for the disappointment is that the day we arrived for our 4-night rental, an electrical circuit was tripped. It left 2/3 of the living area, outside porch and 1 of the 2 bedrooms completely without power. We tried resolving it ourselves by checking/resetting every circuit breaker, but to no avail. We literally called Vacasa 4 times throughout our stay and were told each time that our issue had been relayed to the local Vacasa property manager, and that they'd follow up. But no one ever called back or came to the property, even after those 4 calls! We even asked for the owners' direct contact info but they wouldn't give it to us. If I were the owner, I'd want to know!! Luckily the outage didn't impact the bathrooms, kitchen or appliances (or water), otherwise we would have left. But it did create an annoying incovenience, especially in the bedroom with no lights or powered outlets. I hope the owner follows up with Vacasa and demands some sort of explanation. They deserve better property management service for the fees they're paying.
